Buy 1 fresh Coconut from the market. Grind the coconut pulp and squeeze it to take out milk. Apply the milk on your scalp using a hair dye brush. Then cover your hair with the towel and leave it for 15 minutes. After that remove the towel and rinse with normal water followed by shampoo. Use this once in a week they rid of hair fall.

2) Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera is the traditional way for getting rid of hair fall. Take a aloe vera leave, remove the hard skin and take out the pulp (soft white gel like thing). Rub it on your hair and massage on your scalp in circular motion. Leave it for 10 minutes and rinse with normal water. Repeat this process 2 days in a week; it will help you to get rid of hair fall.

3) Azadirachta indica (neem leaves)

Take 1 bowl of water; boil the water by putting azadirachta indica leaves in it. Leave the azadirachta indica water until it becomes cool. Now wash your hair with the azadirachta indica water and use towel to make your hair dry. Use this 2 times in a week to get rid of hair fall. Azadirachta indica leaves also have the power to remove dandruff from your scalp.

4) Lemon

Take 2-3 lemons and extract a cup of lemon juice. Mix the lemon juice with warm water. After that apply the mixture on your scalp and massage at the same time. Leave it for 5 minutes and wash it with normal water. Use this process one time in a week to get rid of hair fall.

5) Egg white

Take 2 eggs, break the eggs and separate the yolks from the egg white. Mix the egg white well. After that apply it on your hair using a hair dye brush. 6) Mustard oil

Mustard oil is the most common remedy of all time for treating hair fall. Take 3 tablespoon of oil, put the oil in bowl and heat it. After that leave it for some time until it becomes ready to use. 7) Onion juice

Onion juice is the most preferred and popular remedy ever to treat hair fall. Take one onion and extract the juice. Take some cotton balls and dip them in the juice. 8) Curry leaves

9) Coriander leaves

Take some amount of coriander leaves. Blend the leaves in mixer by adding sufficient amount of water and make a paste. Extract the juice from the paste; apply the juice gently on scalp and hair. Leave it for 30 minutes and rinse with water followed by shampoo. Repeat this process 2 times in a week to get rid of hair fall.

10) Fenugreek seeds

Take 2 tablespoon of fenugreek seeds and put it in water for 8 hours. After that make a paste and blend this mixture by adding sufficient amount of water. Now add an egg white and mix the whole mixture well. Apply this on your hair and scalp, leave it for 30 minutes and wash with normal water followed by shampoo. Repeat this process 3 times in a month to get rid of hair fall.

11) Exercise and nutrition

This is the very simple way to control your hair fall. You should do regular exercise and eat nutrition rich food so that it can give proper protein to your hair. But remember one thing that doesn’t do excessive exercise because excessive exercise will increase your hair fall.

14) Licorice root

Licorice roots have mollifying properties which open the pores of soothes and scalp. This remedy can help for hair loss, baldness and dandruff. Take 1 tsp of ground licorice roots and mix it with one cup milk and a quarter teaspoon saffron. Mix it thoroughly. Apply it on your scalp before going to bed and leave it overnight. Rinse your hair in morning with normal water. Repeat this remedy 2-3 times in a week to get rid of hair fall.

15) Nail rubbing exercise 

Nail rubbing is one of the easiest ways to promote your hair growth. It stimulates blood circulation on your scalp. Nail rubbing is done in empty stomach or 3 hours after consuming food.

Take some henna leaves and boil it with 3 tsp of mustard oil until the leaves turn black. After that put it down and leave the mixture until it get cool.  In a bowl take 1 tsp of cinnamon powder and add 1 tsp of coconut oil, 1 tsp of honey in it to make its fine paste. Now apply this paste on your hair and scalp. Leave it for 20-25 minutes after that wash your hair properly. Repeat this process 2-3 times in a week; it will definitely work to get rid of hair fall.

18) Triphala powder

Take 1 tsp of triphala powder and add some aloe Vera gel in it to make its thick paste. Apply it on your hair and scalp. Let it stay for 20 minutes. Wash it off using normal water. Repeat this remedy 2-3 times in a week for good results.

19) Shana seeds 

Take 1 tsp of Shana seeds and grind it to make its paste. Add 1 tsp of olive oil in it and mix it thoroughly. Apply this mixture on your hair and scalp. Let it stay for 45-50 minutes. Rinse it off with lukewarm water followed by mild shampoo. Follow this process twice a week; it will surely help you to get rid of hair fall.

20) Potato

Take a potato blend it in a blender to make its paste now extract the juice from its paste. Add 1 tsp of olive oil in it. Mix the ingredient properly. Apply it on your hair and scalp. Leave it for 25-30 minutes. Wash your hair properly using mild shampoo. Repeat this remedy 2-3 times in a week to get rid of hair fall.

21) Beet root

Beet root have many beneficial property which help to get rid of hair fall. Take some fresh beet root leaves; grind it to make its paste. Add 1 tsp of hot coconut oil in it. 22) Curd

In a bowl take 2 tsp of curd and add 1 tsp of baking soda in it. Mix it properly to make its thick paste. Apply this paste on your hair and scalp. Leave it for 10-15 minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water followed by mild shampoo. Repeat this remedy 2-3 times in a week for good results.

Prevention of hair fall

Comb your hair daily.
Drink lots of water daily.
Don’t use hair drier to dry your wet hair.
Don’t take too much stress because this can also cause hair fall.
If you are suffering from excessive hair fall then make your hair short by cutting it.
