1) Aloe Vera

Take a fresh leaf of aloe Vera and peel it off to take out its gel. Eat 2 tsp of aloe vera gel daily but remember one thing that don’t eat its leaves because it can affect your stomach and you may have to suffer from loose motion. It is the best way to control diabetes.
 

2) Cinnamon

Take some cinnamon and boil it with water. Drink that water daily in early morning in empty stomach. Cinnamon helps in increasing metabolism of the body. It will help you to control your diabetes.
 

3) Fenugreek

Take some fenugreek seeds and put some water into it. Leave it over night and now eat it next day in empty stomach. Or you can just make powder of fenugreek seeds and add in your milk and drink it every day it will give benefit to control your diabetes.

 

4) Jambul (Jamun)
