Apply it on your close eyes, leave it for 5-10 minutes and rinse away with normal water. Repeat this remedy once in a day for 1-2 weeks, it will help you to get rid of dark circles.
2) Tomato juice
Tomato juice is one of the best and simple way to treat dark circles. It contains antioxidant that lightens the skin tone; it also contains vitamin and minerals. Now you have to take 1 Tomato and take out the seeds. Grind it to make its paste then extract its juice from its paste with the help of stainer. Take some amount of fresh mint leaves, grind it to make its paste and extract its juice from its paste. Now apply the paste on your affected areas and leav it for 20 minutes. 14) Fenugreek seed
Take 2-3 tablespoon of fenugreek seed soak it in a bowl of water, let it be soaked for minimun 6-7 hours. Now take it out and mix sufficient amount of milk, grind this mixture properly and make a thick paste of it, now apply the paste on your affected area and leave it for 10-15 minutes. After that rinse it off with cold water or you can also use wet cotton ball. Repeat this remedy 3 times a week. It will help you to get rid of dark circles.(23)
Avocado is a fruit that contains both vitamin B and E which is very good for your eyes. Take one fresh avocado, cut it into thin slices and put the slices on your closed eyes. Now massage for 2-3 minutes, after that rinse it off with normal water. Repeat this process daily for minumum 2 weeks which will help you to get rid of dark circles permanently. You can also consume a fresh avocado instead of applying on your eyes.
16) Vitamin E capsule
Vitamin E oil act as a moisturizer which helps in many skin problems like puffy eyes, eyes bags, anti aging, stretch marks and will also help you to get rid of dark circles.
Take on vitamin capsule, cut it into two pieces and take out the oil from it. Now apply the oil on your closed eyes, massage for 2-3 minutes. leave it for 4-5 minutes after that rinse it with normal water. Repeat this process thrice a week.
17) Basil leaves
Take some fresh basil leaves and a tomato. Grind both the ingredients so well to make its paste by adding sufficient amount of water. Now apply the paste on your closed eyes and leave it for 10 minutes. After that rinse it off with normal water. Or you can also consume fresh basil juice directly. Repeat this process daily for minimum one week for good results.
18) Green tea
Boil a half cup of water, dip a green tea bag in it. Let it be soak for 2-3 minutes after that dip a cotton pad in it and apply it under your eyes. Rinse with cold water and repeat this remedy thrice a week for a month.
19) Pineapple juice
Take 1/4 pineapple, grind it well to make its paste. Now extract the juice from its paste using strainer. After that apply this paste on your closed eyes and massage for 2 minutes. Let it stay for 5 minutes, rinse with normal water. Repeat this remedy twice a week, for several weeks.(28)
20) Gram flour
Take a tsp of gram flour and half lemon. Mix both the ingridients in a bowl and make a thick paste by adding sufficient amount of water. After that apply this mixture on your affected area and let it sit for 5 minutes. Rinse it off using normal water and pat dry. Repeat this process twice a week, it will surely help you to get rid of dark circles.(29)
Lifestyle : Always try to maintain a healthy lifestyle by avioding smoking and alcohol.
Take 7-8 hours sleep daily, because when you sleep less it can lead dark circles.
Do yoga or any physical exercise as it helps in good blood circulation in your body.
Avoid watching TV or cell phones for longer period as it may cause irritation in your eyes.
