1) Cabbage and carrots

Take 1/2 Cabbage and 2 carrots. Cut the Cabbage and carrots, put both in the mixer, blend it nicely with taking some amount water and extract the juice. Drink 1 cup of this juice. Repeat this after every meal (3 times a day) and before going to bed. Use fresh juice each time, it will help you to get rid of the stomach ulcer (1). 

2) Coconut

Take Coconut milk or water. Drink the Coconut milk or water, repeat this 2-3 times daily minimum for 1 week; it will help you to get rid of stomach ulcer.

3) Coconut oil

Take 1 tablespoon of Coconut oil. Consume the oil 2-3 times daily; repeat this minimum for 1 week. It will help you to get rid of stomach ulcer easily. 

4) Banana

Take 1 fresh banana. Consume the banana or you can make banana shake if you like. Repeat this 3 times daily after every meal and it will help you to get rid of stomach ulcer.

9) Almond and milk
